For the enthusiasts who wish to see Clydesdales in their paddocks up close, that can be arranged as well. The brewery tour will take up to 45 minutes. You will be offered small amounts of the beer to sample not to forgetting visiting the Clydesdales stables. Once this tour is finished, you can go to the Old Lyon Schoolhouse. If you want to see beer-making history artifacts, this place will satisfy your curiosity. You can go to the Biergarten if you wish to dine at a German-style restaurant and the better part is that it not only has outdoor seating but also an indoor one. You can count on the restaurants to give you interesting meals like bratwurst plates, as well as pulled pork sandwiches and the beer, never stops flowing.
